Matthew has forged a globetrotting 20+ year career in the Data & AI industry, including extended stints in Melbourne, London and Stockholm. He returned home to New Zealand in 2018 to join Datacom as CTO of Data & Analytics, before founding Visualized in 2024.

While data tech has continuously evolved, Matthew sees the technological and cultural shift brought about by AI as unprecedented, creating immense opportunity for those ready to embrace it - and their data.

Originally from Wroclaw Poland, Bartosz has an impressive career back-catalogue of senior date engineering, data science, and AI/ML roles for the likes of EY and dutch ERP provider Unit4.

He moved in New Zealand in 2017 to join blockchain venture studio Centrality.AI where he was Head of Cognitive Computing and Analytics, before joining Sky NZ where he led the implementation of an ML-based digital behaviour tracking system.
